Liberal Democrat President Charles Kennedy (centre) was guest of honour at the annual dinner of the Partys South East Cornwall branch, held at the Fowey Hotel. Eighty local Lib-Dem members attended the function and heard their party president sound an optimistic tone for the political party in Cornwall. Fluted cardboard backing held with clips. Supplied ready to hang with sawtooth hanger and rubber bumpers. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Packaged foam wrapped in a card.
