The first can recycling bank in Lostwithiel is opened by the Mayor Dennis Hutchings, along with Richard Bower MBE and Marian Chanter, environmentalist, with her daughter, Emily. Mr Bower, who lives in Lostwithiel, was Cornwall Councils Recycling Officer for many years and was awarded National Recycling Officer of the Year Award in 2001, a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2006 and an MBE in 2007. 16x12 Print in an MDF Wooden Frame with 180 gsm Satin Finish Paper. Glazed using shatter proof thin plexiglass. Frame thickness is 1 inch and depth 0.75 inch. Fluted cardboard backing held with clips. Supplied ready to hang with sawtooth hanger and rubber bumpers. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Packaged foam wrapped in a card.
