East side of the street showing Slater family grocers at 1 King Street, G.H. Philp (paper hangings, picture frame maker, mount cutter, sign writer, banner painter, stationer, fancy goods, pictorial post card publisher and agent) at 2 King Street, Eastmans Limited (butchers) at 3 King Street, J Osborne (tailor and hatter) at 4 King Street.
