View of Empacombe House, a cottage in the hamlet of Empacombe on the Mount Edgcumbe estate. The view shows palm trees and lane up to the property. The house has a walled garden, thought to be the kitchen garden for the estate, and may have been lived in by the head gardener. It is now known as Bay cottage. Photographer: Charles Woolf
