A view downstream of the footbridge over the Liskeard to Looe Canal, probably just south of Sandplace, with the estuary on the right. There is a lady with her dogs on the bridge. Carol Vivian suggests this image may be Newbridge between Terras and Sandplace. If so, the base of the bridge can still be seen from the road (note from 1999).
