Tonacombe House, Morwenstow, Cornwall. Undated but probably early 1900s
Tonacombe House from the lawn. Tonacombe is a Grade I listed late medieval manor house with some later additions, but preserving many original features intact. The main build of the house may date from the marriage of Thomasin Jourden of Tonacombe and John Kempthorne in the early 16th century. The house stayed in this family for many years.
