Bill Harvey hanging skate at Porthgwarra. He was aged 58 when the photograph was taken. Bill is dressed in rubber boots and corduroy trousers, a knitted fisherman's gansy and checked cap. He is holding a knife and lengths of twine, hanging skate on the wall of the fisherman's tunnel which leads to the beach. Photographer: Herbert Hughes
