Exterior view of the Grade I listed, late 14th century buttressed barn at Cargoll Farm. Marked on the O/S 1907 second edition six inch map as the former site of a Palace, Manor House and Prison. This building is the only survivor of the medieval palace of the Bishops of Exeter on this site. Three pigs can be seen feeding. Photographer: Unknown
