Accompanied by the Chairman of the Royal Institution of Cornwall, the Chairman of Cornwall Museums Partnership introduces Cornwall Museums Partnerships Museum Development Officer to the Duke of Cornwall. Standing next to the Museum Development Manager are the 2018 Cornwall Heritage Award winners. The Vice Lord Lieutenant of Cornwall and Lord Lieutenants Cadet are standing to the left.
