Members of Fowey Weightlifting Club about to set off for John O Groats in Scotland, where two of them will cycle and walk back to Lands End in Cornwall. They re raising funds for Barnardos, Cornwall Leukaemia Trust and local Lions charities and will average 30 miles a day cycling and 15 miles walking to cover the 889 miles in 20 days.
