Martin Austen (left), the outgoing President of the Rotary Club of Lostwithiel, hands over the chain of office to Chris Jewels. Mr Austen ran the North Street Dairy in the town, whilst Mr Jewels was the town policeman for many years. The Rotary Club held meetings and their monthly dinner in the Restormel Lodge Hotel.
