Royal Cornwall Museum Photo Prints and Wall Art
Polzeath beach from the south west, St Minver, Cornwall. Around 1930
Although the photograph is titled " Across the Beach to Polzeath", it is in fact looking at Pentireglaze, now known as New Polzeath. The name change to New Polzeath was probably to reflect the housing development that has taken place over this area in the decades since this photograph was taken. Polzeath is out of picture, at the top of the beach, on the right. Photographer: Unknown
