The harbour light on Victoria Pier with fisherman William Arthur Chesterfield (born 1927) on the quay tending his nets. Identified by family members, William was skipper of the family owned boats Christabel and, later, Frances. Built in 1896, the lighthouse marks the south breakwater. Photographer: Charles Woolf
